a note on other people trying to find arbitrary patterns

mbti is indicative of psychological behavior

not actual behavior

literally any mbti type is capable of doing, saying, or enjoying whatever
sometimes psychological behavior can result in patterns (for people experiencing other similar mental health backgrounds) which is what results in some similarities between certain mbti types in certain areas; but again, is not prescriptive

psychological behavior is explanatory through mbti but still not necessarily the same across people with the same mbti type; because, obviously, people are different, and are affected by their backgrounds. their mbti can explain why they may react (psychologically) to certain behavior which can also result in external, observable behavior. mbti is getting to the core of understanding someone, though, not shoehorning them based on their actions.

mbti is not indicative of actual behavior
mbti is not indicative of actual behavior
mbti is not indicative of actual behavior

mbti is cognition
which is in your brain
which is psychological
which cannot necessarily excuse actual behavior

mbti is the gears in your brain
not the quality of them (i like to compare mental illness/trauma/irregular behavior as 'rusty gears'; or, atypical quality gears)
nor what is produced by them

and, of course, is theory
