a theory on energy

ijs & eps exert energy, ips & ejs absorb energy, in terms of interaction not inner energy. but ijs don't start with a lot of energy in the first place so they often need Periods of Stagnation the same way ips, after they absorb energy (aux extroverted perceiving) they need time to process it bc they don't have a lot of processing/output energy. but i guess for i's then output=whatever the judging function is and input=the perceiving function while with the e is the opposite

so in that sense eps and ejs can get overwhelmed with how much energy they absorb/exert; eps can comfortably output without getting any energy input (see: how they can use up as much energy as they want without needing to interact, so enfps who are alone don't necessarily feel Lonely; eps who talk a lot/debate a lot/Do A Lot). ejs can comfortably have energy input without needing to be expressive/loud so as long as its like... an active interaction thru their dominant extroverted judging function

(i just know most ijs know r like "i'm tired i need 2 rest" but then Once Rested they're p active/acute energy, while i think ejs are like "i'm tired i need to rest" but only bc they've just been..... constantly taking things in so much and E is more naturally consistent output-input but that still gets tiring, As It Does
